Health and Fitness – We are EXERcited to offer Stretch-N-Grow at Kids ‘R’ Kids of Mansfield/South Arlington. This early childhood program teaches physical education, nutrition, and wellness. The goal of Stretch-N-Grow is to improve the level of fitness in our children, help them master their fundamental motor skills, and teach them the importance of a healthy lifestyle while explaining the downfalls of prolonged inactivity.
Language – According to several studies, as children develop an association between movement and language it leads to vocabulary development and concept understanding. This is why we offer sign language to all of our children as a means of helping them explore the “movement” of language even as they begin to develop their own verbal vocabulary.
Spanish – There’s no better time to learn another language than during the early childhood years. In fact, a child’s brain is designed to learn multiple languages. Included in tuition, Kids `R` Kids of Mansfield/S. Arlington offers Spanish classes, a unique way to teach your child the many values of diversity and communication.
Music – Music is one of the most creative and enjoyable ways to maximize your child’s intellectual potential. Many studies have shown a direct link in higher test scores in children who study music. Our Little Musicmaker classes provide a fun and engaging environment for you child’s first experience with music making. Every class is a high energy and interactive class designed to promote your child’s musical growth.
Computer Skills – Understanding technology is a crucial element in your child’s education. This is why we engage our students in a variety of activities throughout the week that will help them learn basic computer skills.
