Attention to detail is the key to an unsurpassed early education experience
Policies for excellence and peace of mind
The relationship between families and school staff is vital to the success of a child’s early learning experience. Through the use of open communication, we believe building a teacher-parent partnership will benefit the child in making a positive connection between school and home.
Kids ´R´ Kids is open to you, the parent, any time your child is present in the school. For the safety of all children, we do require that you make your presence known to the front desk or a member of management, and cooperate in not disrupting the school´s program.
Parents are encouraged to eat breakfast or lunch with their child(ren) at our school at any time.
Kids ´R´ Kids Learning Academies are open to children ages 6 weeks to 12 years old without discrimination on the basis of political affiliation, religion, race, color, sex, mental or physical disabilities.
Hours of operation for Kids ‘R’ Kids Learning Academies are Monday through Friday from 6:30 am – 6:00 pm. Please make sure that you drop off and pick up your child(ren) in a timely manner. Kids `R` Kids of West Frisco expects parents to respect and abide by our hours of operation. We recognize it is not always possible to predict traffic or work schedules. If it is not possible to pick up your child by 6:00 pm we ask that you call us no later than 5:30 pm so that we may tell your child when to expect you so he/she won’t worry.
If you have called by 5:30 pm there will be a fee of $10.00 for the first 5 minutes and $1 per minute after 6:05 pm which will be charged to your account immediately. It is up to the discretion of management to waive the fee.
If we do not receive a phone call there will be a fee of $25.00 for the first 5 minutes and $1 per minute after 6:05 pm which will be charged to your account immediately. This fee may not be waived.
If children are left at the school after closing time and no word is received from the parent, or an emergency contact cannot be reached, authorities will be contacted.
If there are three or more incidences within one quarter, your child may be dropped and not allowed to return without the Director’s permission and a new registration fee will be applied.

If there is an emergency situation and it becomes necessary to close the school, parents will be notified to make arrangements for early pickup. If the school needs to be evacuated for any reason, please pick your children up from Celebration Covenant Church located at 8500 Teel Parkway in Frisco. We will notify parents immediately if this situation occurs.
