Meet Our wonderful Team!
Karen Kepley is our Regional Director and assists with all four schools. Ms. Karen started her career in the early childhood field in 1991 and has held many roles over the years from teaching, cooking, driving the bus and various Director positions. She opened our West Frisco campus as the Director in 2005 then transferred to the Legacy West campus when it opened in 2010. Once the ownership changed, she began her role as Regional Director. Ms. Karen is happily married and has five children and one grandchild she loves to spend time with. The reason Ms. Karen wet into the early childhood industry was to follow in the footsteps of her mother who was a teacher for many years Instead of choosing a path to teach older children, her heart has always led her to the early childhood world. There is nothing like being a huge part of watching children grow and develop into children ready for Kindergarten. The love she has for our children and families is immeasurable!
Our Administrative Director has been in child care since 1988. She started in the infant classroom, getting to experience all ages but loves the two year old’s most. She married her high school sweetheart and have 3 beautiful girls together, the oldest being 25 years old. She especially loves Monday mornings when she gets to prepare for and enjoy the week with her work family and school families. She worked her way up in the child care industry as Assistant Director and moving into a Director position, however her true love is being our Admin Director. She loves meeting new families and seeing the children grow up in front of her eyes!
