Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- High level of professionalism
- A desire for long term employment with a fabulous company
- Working knowledge of the behaviors and developmental stages of pre-school children, typically gained by working one year or more in a school or preschool setting
- Knowledge of safety practices as they relate to pre-school children
- Good written and oral communications skills and basic math skills
- Background in food service
- Knowledge of preparing meals and snacks for large preschool
- Current certificate in nutrition
- Current certificate in health and safety
- Current certificate in OSHA training
- Current certificate in food preparation and sanitation
- Infant, Child and Adult CPR/First Aid certified at time of hire or achieve certification within 30 days from date of hire
- Current certificate in fire safety
- Employment conditional upon results of the following:
- Satisfactory criminal background-check for child care centers
- Satisfactory Drug Screen
