Director
Hello! I’m Jamelly Rodriguez, an education professional driven by a genuine passion for nurturing children’s growth and lifelong learning. With a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies and a Director’s Certification, I bring over eight years of rich and diverse experience spanning early childhood through K–12 education.
My career began in early childhood education, where I dedicated three years to fostering the foundational development of preschool-aged children. I then broadened my impact within the charter school sector, teaching across elementary, middle, and high school levels in three different Texas cities. This diverse classroom experience has sharpened my adaptability and deepened my understanding of the unique needs at every stage of a child’s educational journey.
Beyond teaching, I have cultivated extensive leadership and management expertise, enabling me to successfully guide teams, oversee program development, and create dynamic, supportive learning environments. This blend of hands-on classroom experience and strategic leadership uniquely positions me to champion excellence and innovation in education.

Dedicated and organized with 21 years of experience in childcare. I hold a bachelor’s degree in arts and have had the privilege of working with children of all ages. My passion lies in nurturing young minds and creating enriching educational experiences that support their growth and development. I hold strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Supports the Director in daily operations, staff supervision, curriculum implementation, and ensuring a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children.

My name is Cheery Aleria. I graduated from University Of Southeastern Philippines with the degree of Bachelor of Arts in Elementary of Education. I have a master’s Degree in Educational Management from University of Mindanao, Philippines. For over two decades I am deeply involved in education, shaping young minds and contributing to the vibrant tapestry of the academic world. My passion for fostering a nurturing and enriching learning environment for our learners is my ultimate goal as a Curriculum Coordinator in our school.
