OUR TEAM

We are extremely proud of our excellent staff of teachers and management! Our staff is part of the consistent care provided by Kids ‘R’ Kids Learning Academy of Oviedo. Most teachers have a 4 year degree in early childhood education/related field or they have had a large amount of experience working in their field commensurate with a degree.

All Kids ‘R’ Kids Learning Academy of Oviedo staff are required to follow state regulations that apply to training. All staff members are required to maintain a level 2 background screening, a local law background screening, and maintain a clear status on the FDLE Florida Sexual Offenders & Predators registry. All staff members are required to complete the DCF State-Mandated 45 hours of introductory training. Our staff members are trained in First Aid/CPR, use of AED units with adult and child defibrillator pads, Infectious Disease Control, Injury Prevention, and Child Abuse Awareness.  Additional training in curriculum, child development, classroom arrangement, classroom management, age appropriate activities, nutrition, field trip planning and OSHA regulations to provide the staff with skills needed to create a quality learning environment. Our staff is encouraged to further their education through CDA and CCP programs and are given opportunities to attend professional training conferences.
