We accept children ages 6 weeks to 12 years old.
Our hours of operation are 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. to accommodate your family’s needs
We are open Monday through Friday, except on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas. Early Closings: Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve. If the holiday falls on a weekend, we may close on Friday or Monday in accordance with generally accepted holiday schedules. Our VPK program follows the Seminole County Public School Calendar.
You will be informed of all rates and fees upon enrollment.
For 2 children in the same family, 10% discount for the older child. For 3 or more children in the same family, 15% discount for the older children.
We offer a drop-in service for children 12 months of age and older. This is offered at a rate of $60.00 per day.
We offer live streaming video so you can stay more connected. Using WatchMeGrow, you are able to create a secure account and check in on your child during the day. You can stream live video from any browser, tablet or mobile phone. Visit http://www.watchmegrow.com/signup to set up a secure WatchMeGrow account. After signing up, we will authorize your account. We provide transportation to and from Carillon Elementary, Evans Elementary, Geneva Elementary, Partin Elementary, Rainbow Elementary, Stenstrom Elementary and Walker Elementary.
Yes. We provide an array of fun and educational field trips throughout the year for our school age program.
We encourage family-school collaboration with daily communication. Please feel free to call our school and be transferred directly to your child’s classroom to speak with their teacher at anytime.
Kids ‘R’ Kids Learning Academy of Oviedo utilizes tempered, safety glass walls and doors for a multitude of reasons: they provide the best view possible; they are cleaner, safer and leave no question of who is caring for your child; they promote an open environment where teachers and children are in constant contact; and ensure the utmost safety and security of everyone.
Our exclusive curriculum propels Kids ‘R’ Kids Learning Academies far beyond state and industry standards. The standards-driven learning goals provide teachers with the tools to engage children in fun and purposeful activities.
Yes. Every classroom has a designated time to play and explore on their own age-appropriate playground.
Yes. Breakfast, lunch, morning, and afternoon snacks are available at Kids ‘R’ Kids Learning Academy of Oviedo. Breakfast is served in our cafeteria from 6:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. Breakfast is offered at $1 per day and is free for children under 24 months old. Morning snack, a hot lunch, and an afternoon snack are all included in your child’s weekly tuition. For bottle-fed children, families must provide prepared formula or mother’s milk in bottles. Families must also provide any baby food that they would like their child to have. All infant items should be marked with the child´s first and last name, and date. Weekly menus for children on table food are available for review.
All Kids ‘R’ Kids Learning Academy of Oviedo staff are required to follow state regulations that apply to training. All staff members are required to maintain a level 2 background screening, a local law background screening, and maintain a clear status on the FDLE Florida Sexual Offenders & Predators registry. All staff members are required to complete the DCF State-Mandated 45 hours of introductory training. Our staff members are trained in First Aid/CPR, use of AED units with adult and child defibrillator pads, Infectious Disease Control, Injury Prevention, and Child Abuse Awareness. Additional training in curriculum, child development, classroom arrangement, classroom management, age appropriate activities, nutrition, field trip planning and OSHA regulations to provide the staff with skills needed to create a quality learning environment. Our staff is encouraged to further their education through CDA and CCP programs and are given opportunities to attend professional training conferences.
We have an open door policy for both guests and families. Parents are encouraged to visit Kids ‘R’ Kids Learning Academy of Oviedo at anytime their child is present, although we do request your cooperation in not disrupting our programs.
