Snack: Tortilla Snowflake

A snowflake almost too beautiful to eat!
Most children love listening to or singing along with music, and the importance of music for a young child’s development cannot be stressed enough. It helps with improving speaking and listening, developing vocabulary, and strengthening social-emotional skills. So, why not introduce your child to something new and turn on Tchaikovsky’s “Waltz of the Snowflakes” from the Nutcracker while making this amazing snack! It is great fun to watch the simple tortilla be transformed into a sweet swirly snowflake and classical music creates the perfect background.
