Snack: Ice Cream Fruit

So yummy you’ll forget it’s healthy!

Ingredients:

  • Waffle cones
  • Strawberries
  • Blueberries
  • Kiwi
  • Pineapple

(your child’s favorite fruit)

 

Instructions:

  1. Cut fruit into bite size pieces. 
  2. Pour into large bowl and mix together.
  3. Add fruit to each cone.
  4. Enjoy!

Optional – add a spoonful of yogurt or whipped topping.

*Always cut large fruit into bite size for young children to prevent choking
