Snack: Pizza Crackers

Crispy and tasty!
Chances are that with kids at home, pizza is a popular request. Now, your family can satisfy the pizza craving with a quick snack that has some unexpected beginnings – crackers! Be sure to have a full box on hand because some may disappear along the way. Many fun learning skills can be practiced playfully like naming shapes, counting ingredients, and understanding new words. Have fun making up word games to reinforce letter sounds by encouraging your child to think of words beginning with the letter “p.” Reinforcing cooking skills like safety in the kitchen, tidying up along the way, and appreciating healthy nutrition also develops confidence and important life skills.
