Ingredients:
– Plate
– Spoon
– Silicone cupcake liners
– Fresh washed berries (blueberries, raspberries, etc.)
– Plain or vanilla yogurt (regular or Greek)
Directions:
1. Spread cupcake liners out on a plate.
2. Carefully spoon yogurt into each silicone cup filling almost to the top.
3. Place 3 berries in each cup
4. Place in freezer until frozen
5. Remove from freezer and enjoy!
