Snack: Banana Oatmeal Breakfast Cookies

Banana Oat Cookie Snack
Do you know a little one who won’t eat a spotty banana? Turn it into a chance to create a healthy concoction! Learning that healthy choices can be fun is easy to do with these simple bana oatmeal cookies. Your child can take charge of mashing bananas, measuring oats, counting scoops and taste-testing all rolled up into the perfect power snack. You can even be creative with some favorite add-ins like raisins or chocolate chips for extra flair.
Ingredients:
2 medium (ripened) bananas
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup quick oats
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Directions:
Mash the bananas with a fork inside a bowl.
Add 2 cups of oats and mix.
Add 1/2 cup of mini chocolate chips.
Stir all ingredients until well mixed.
Take a tablespoon of dough and roll in hands to form the cookie until all dough is used.
Place cookies on a non-stick sprayed pan or cookie-lined cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes, until set.
Let cool, and enjoy!
