Meet Our wonderful Team!

Karen Kepley has worked in early childhood education since 1991, with experience as a teacher, cook, bus driver, and director.

She opened the West Frisco campus as Director in 2005 and later moved to the Legacy West campus when it opened in 2010. Today, she supports all four schools as Regional Director.

Inspired by her mother, who was a teacher for many years, Karen chose early childhood education because she values the opportunity to watch children grow, develop and prepare for kindergarten.

Her experience across classroom and leadership roles helps her support children, families and school teams with a practical understanding of daily school life.
