Hello, my name is Takiea. I bring over 10 years of experience in early childhood education, with a strong passion for helping schools build positive, supportive, and growth-focused environments for children, families, and educators. Throughout my career, I have helped strengthen school culture through servant leadership — leading with accountability, fairness, collaboration, and genuine care for the people I work with every day.
My approach focuses on supporting educators, building strong relationships with families, and creating learning environments where children can thrive. I am committed to continuous growth, teamwork, and making a meaningful impact within the school community through compassionate and effective leadership.

Brittany Elliott
Director of Culture, curriculum, and Engagement
Ms. Brittany is passionate about creating a positive and engaging environment where children, families, and educators can thrive. With experience as both a Lead Preschool Teacher, and a School-Age Program Coordinator, she brings a strong background in early childhood education and program leadership.
As a Director, Brittany works closely with teachers and families to support high-quality learning experiences, strengthen family partnerships, and foster a welcoming school community. She is currently pursuing her degree in Early Childhood Education and is dedicated to helping every child develop a love of learning.
