Hello, my name is Takiea. I bring over 10 years of experience in early childhood education, with a strong passion for helping schools build positive, supportive, and growth-focused environments for children, families, and educators. Throughout my career, I have helped strengthen school culture through servant leadership — leading with accountability, fairness, collaboration, and genuine care for the people I work with every day. My approach focuses on supporting educators, building strong relationships with families, and creating learning environments where children can thrive. I am committed to continuous growth, teamwork, and making a meaningful impact within the school community through compassionate and effective leadership. Bhuvana Doraisami

Enrollment and Family Engagement Specialist

Hello! My name is Bhuvana Doraisami, and I am a dedicated early childhood education professional with more than 18 years of leadership experience.As the founder and principal of The Future Foundation Montessori, I have championed child-centered learning, inclusive education, and strong community partnerships. I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology as well as a background in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, which allows me to bring both analytical thinking and compassionate leadership to my work. In addition, I hold AMI-certified Montessori diplomas for both infancy (0–3 years) and primary (3–6 years). Most recently, my research on the impact of gadget use among children was published in the Journal of Women’s Health and Safety Research.
