Hello! My name is Emily Bowman. I am a native Virginian from the Shenandoah Valley. For the past 12 years I have been living in NoVa, building my career and raising my wonderful son, Niko, who is now 9 years old. In my free time, I enjoy exploring nature, creating art, and preparing healthy meals. I am a graduate of George Mason University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sustainability and an experienced administrative professional with a background in environmental non-profits and hospitality. Since transitioning into the childcare field in 2023, I have discovered what a privilege it is to serve the community by providing nurturing care to young children.

Hi! My name is Ms.Shay. I absolutely love teaching children. I have my CDA and have been a teacher here since 2016. I have been working in childcare since 2004 with all age groups, from toddlers to pre-k. I am super passionate about education and love going the extra mile to make sure all children are well loved and taken care of. I am looking forward to helping teachers be successful in the classrooms.

Hello! My name is Bhuvana Doraisami, and I am a dedicated early childhood education professional with more than 18 years of leadership experience.As the founder and principal of The Future Foundation Montessori, I have championed child-centered learning, inclusive education, and strong community partnerships. I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology as well as a background in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, which allows me to bring both analytical thinking and compassionate leadership to my work. In addition, I hold AMI-certified Montessori diplomas for both infancy (0–3 years) and primary (3–6 years). Most recently, my research on the impact of gadget use among children was published in the Journal of Women’s Health and Safety Research.
