Eating healthy during quarantine – Oatmeal Pancakes

We’re spending more time home than ever,  that means we’re doing less exercise than ever. In these lazy days it’s easy to fall  into  the  temptation of grabbing any easy cook frozen food and forget about it. We invite you to get creative. Cooking can be easy, fun, and something you can enjoy along with your children. Also, your health with thank you for that later on.

Oatmeal pancakes (sugar free)

Overnight Oatmeal Cinnamon Pancakes
Ingredients:

for 4 pancakes

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 bananas
  • 5 tbs of oatmeal
  • 2 tbs of flour
  • cinamon
  • 1 pinch of salt
Preparation:

Smash the bananas with a fork and mix with the rest of the ingredients until you get an uniform “dough”. Cook like a regular pancake in an nonstick skillet. If you want, you can add chocolate chips, blueberries or pecan nuts to the mixture!
