Where collaboration and inspiration work together to take care of the future of this country

The Proud Owners
When we decided to start a family back in 1995, we agreed on making our best effort to provide our future children the best possible education. When we moved to the United States in January 2003, our foremost priority was to find a good school for our children with strong academics and an overall stimulating environment. That determined the neighborhood we chose to live in. Now our children have both graduated from college and having successful careers. Children are our passion, and after evaluating several early education franchises we chose Kids ‘R’ Kids as it combines state of the art facilities with a great curriculum. That is how we decided to embrace this project and purchased Kids ‘R’ Kids of Jersey Village in 2013. Since then, we have been investing in the school to improve the facility while hiring and retaining well qualified staff. We do not consider ourselves a daycare. Instead, we run an early learning academy where children can learn in a fun, safe, lovely and caring environment. We are rewarded every day when we walk into the rooms and kids run toward us to give us a hug and tell us a story. That is priceless. That is why we proudly say: “We are taking care of the future of this country”.
My name is Jeannette Encinoso, I am the Director at Kids ‘R’ Kids of Jersey Village and I have my whole heart invested in this school. I am a psychologist with a master’s degree in clinical psychology from Caracas, Venezuela. I moved to Houston at the end of 2007 and started working at another Kids ‘R’ Kids in the Houston area in February of 2008, school in which I was the director for a total of 9 years. I have over 20 years of experience in education from early childhood to graduate level. I have an 8 years old daughter who has been attending Kids 'R' Kids since she was six weeks old and I could not be more proud of the education she has received. She is now excelling in elementary school due to her strong preschool foundation. I have extensive knowledge of minimum standards and can answer any question a family may have. I treat all children like my family, and I love to help parents ease the process of enrolling their children in a preschool program. I am always available to my families and staff and I am looking forward to getting to know you better. My favorite part about being the Director is the amazing bond and relationships I have with the families at our school.

The Curriculum Director
My name is Eduardo Veloz, and I am the Curriculum Director at Kids 'R' Kids of Jersey Village. I was born and raised in Houston. In the past years I have steered away from working with children, but recently found my way back and I have been working at Kids 'R' Kids of Jersey Village since August of 2021. I am currently seeking to further my career in early childhood education and psychological development. I wear many hats at the school; I transport the children to and from their elementary school, support our teachers in their classrooms and you will also see me at the front where I can assist you and the directors with anything needed. I love the honest and positive affection that we receive from children every day. On my free time, I enjoy socializing with family and friends, traveling and learning about different places and cultures.
