You can’t have Thanksgiving without some delicious food! Find an old family recipe, or pick something brand new just for you and your kids to make together. Whatever you pick, just have fun in the kitchen together. A fun thing to do is take a picture of your baking experience, type up the recipe, and laminate the whole thing to use next year!

Something family friendly and timeless is the best pick, and you can plan ahead and check local areas for fun showings, like drive-in showings or a movie presentation in town square.

From turkey hands to fall wreaths and Christmas lights, making decorations for the house every year is a win-win, because you get pretty new decorations and fun memories to go along with them. The longer your tradition continues, the more decorations you have to adorn your house with and reminisce.
