Our Director has been with Kids ‘R’ Kids of Eagle Springs for over three years and has been in the childcare industry for over 10 years. Her experience comes from years of being a Director, Assistant Teacher in our Preschool class, Lead Teacher in our Early Preschool class, and has been through several promotions landing her to our Director position. She has extensive knowledge of minimum standards and can answer any question a family may have. She also loves to help ease the transition of children through the classrooms and make it as smooth as possible. Her favorite part about her job is the amazing bond and relationships she has with the families at our school. She loves seeing the kiddos grow up and meet many of their milestones.
Our Administrative Director developed a passion for teaching children at a very young age. For 4 years she taught in a preschool classroom as the lead teacher until she was promoted to the front as an Administrative Assistant, where she worked for 2 more years. During this time, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Houston, got married, and made her transition to our company as a Director. Her future goals include earning her master’s degree in Social Work, which she will begin working towards in the fall. The most rewarding part of her job is creating bonds and relationships with our children and their families.
Early childhood education has been our Curriculum Director’s passion for over 15 years. She has been a dedicated employee of Kids ‘R’ Kids of Eagle Springs for the past 14 years and will continue growing for years to come. Her educational background includes an Associates in Education from Lonestar Kingwood College, Bachelor of Science in Psychology from University of Houston – Downtown, Texas School Ready Certified as well as being currently enrolled in the Texas Teachers program. What she loves most about working in the same community that she lives in is watching our babies grow into young adults.
