At Kids ‘R’ Kids Learning Academy of Castle Hills, our faculty and personnel are all required to follow state training regulations. Our staff is fully trained in First Aid/CPR, Infectious Disease Control, Injury Prevention, and Child Abuse Awareness.
In addition to these certifications, our staff participates in additional training in curriculum, child development, classroom arrangement and management, age-appropriate activities, nutrition, field trip planning and OSHA regulations. This additional training provides our teachers, management team, and director with the skills needed to create a quality learning environment that goes beyond the ordinary childcare experience for your child.
Several of our preschool teachers hold a four-year degree in Education or Early Childhood Education and some also hold a CDA. A few of our staff are currently attending classes in pursuit of a degree and all of our staff members receive on-going training. Our on-site Director, Ms. Samantha Skiles, holds a Masters in Education.
