Our Dining Experience

Research shows that practicing family-style dining enhances social skills, table manners, and increases conversation techniques. Our nutritious dining program is designed with these attributes in mind, and features:

- Mealtime conversation focused on nutritional education
- Well-balanced and healthy meals prepared by onsite chef
- Protocols to protect children with food allergies
- Menus that are prepared in advance and available online
- For bottle-fed children, families must provide prepared formula or mother’s milk placed in bottles. All infant items should be marked with the child´s first and last name. We will inform you of the policy regarding baby foods

Education that utilizes the latest technology!

Kids R Kids of Castle Hills is proud to announce the addition of Hatch Inc.`s TeachSmart® Learning System, an interactive, hands-on technology tool which enables early childhood teachers to plan for playful and purposeful activities for children. This tool offers strategies and activities that reflect the latest scientific research for pre-literacy and mathematics concept acquisition in young children. We have added these systems to our Kindergarten, Pre-K, and Preschool as of September 2010.

Additionally, Kids R Kids International has formed a partnership with Hatch Inc. to integrate activities from Kids R Kids` AdvancED accredited programs into the software that drives the TeachSmart® Learning Systems.

– Health and Fitness – Through the comforts and convenience of technology and fast food, recent studies show that childhood obesity has reached epidemic proportions in our society. Here at Kids ‘R’ Kids Learning Academy of Castle Hills, we know how important physical activity is to every child’s development. Our center includes the Kids ‘R’ Kids Health and Fitness Challenge that provides the necessary tools for kids of all ages to learn and enjoy how to be healthy. This curriculum emphasizes physical fitness, the food pyramid, and family-style dining. Through various activities, children learn the importance of fair play, team cooperation, and physical well-being.

– Foreign Language – The early childhood years are the best time to learn another language. In fact, a child’s brain is designed to learn multiple languages! To take advantage of this unique ability, we offer Spanish on Wheels as an innovative way to teach your child the many values of diversity and communication.

– Dance – Every child, no matter the age, can express themselves with music and movement. Dancing helps to unlock their imagination through free interpretation or choreographed movements. We love watching our children delight in their movements and gain a sense of accomplishment as they participate in each dance class.

– Martial Arts – The principles from this ancient art teach children self-discipline and encourage physical prowess. As they participate, children learn to respect others and regulate their own actions.

– Music – Our music program exposes children to a variety of musical styles, cultures, and techniques that help to awaken their inner abilities. Music is a powerful tool in shaping and developing the brain. Children have the opportunity to play instruments, engage in singing exercises, as well as compose their very own musical masterpiece!

– Computers – Our future is full of new and developing technologies. With that truth in mind, Kids ‘R’ Kids Learning Academy of Castle Hills provides your child with the latest in electronic lessons and games to support the educational themes taught in school.
