Are you looking for enriching before or after school care for your child? Then, enroll them in our extended care program at Kids’ R’ Kids Avalon Park! We provide before school, after school, and holiday care for winter and spring breaks for children from kindergarten through fifth grade at our academy. We will build on your child’s education through fun and enriching activities and experiences before and after school.
More Than Daycare
Our before and after school programs are designed to promote your child’s social, emotional, and academic growth. We strive to foster a lifelong love of learning through play-based education that inspires kids to discover their passions, talents, and internal motivation. Our teachers incorporate projects and activities developed by some of the best early childhood educators into our program.
At Kids ‘R Kids Avalon Park, your child will have the opportunity to participate in:
- Assisted homework time when they can work independently with help from a teacher if they need it.
- After schools clubs where they can explore interests like sports, drama, technology, cooking, and more.
- STEAM Ahead® activities that promote invention, collaboration, and imagination through a combination of science, technology, engineering, art, and math projects.
- Growing Young Minds (G.Y.M)® activities designed to strengthen neural pathways in their mind and promote their language skills and social-emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Structured outside time in our extensive outdoor playgrounds.
Our teachers will inspire your kid to explore unchartered territories through our personalized extended care program. This year, we are offering soccer lessons for kids who are interested in participating.
Safe, Enriching Environment
Your kid will love our new state-of-the-art facility! Our center has classrooms equipped with smartboards, a full kitchen, four unique playground areas, a splash pad, and activity rooms for play-based learning.
Our students are happy for the change of environment after a long day at school. Indoors, they spend most of their time in the large activity room, which includes:
- Fully stocked bookcases
- Board games
- Lego and video game tables
- TV monitors for movie time
- Light up tables for making artistic creations
- Interactive play areas
During structured outside time, they enjoy the extensive playgrounds under the care of trained staff.
You can rest at ease knowing they are in a safe, secure, and supportive environment. Our facility has a coded entry pad so that only authorized visitors can enter. Each child is assigned their own hook and cubie for their personal belongings. Our teachers are certified in infant, child, and adult CPR along with First Aid. We protect your child’s health by disinfecting toys and play areas frequently, along with providing healthy snacks when they arrive after school.
Flexible Care for Your Busy Life
Our extended care program is designed with you in mind along with your child. We know that many parents need time in the morning or after school to focus on work. We hope our flexible and enriching extended care program makes your life a little easier.
You can opt for morning care, afternoon care, or both. Your child can join us for early morning “Before School” care from 6:00 am to 7:45 am and/or “After School” care from 3:30 and 6:30 pm. Our Kids ‘R’ Kids buses drop off and pick up extended daycare students who attend local schools. Our buses travel to Avalon Elementary, Camelot Elementary, Timber Lakes Elementary, Stone Lakes Elementary, Castle Creek Elementary, and Pinecrest Academy.
