Success Starts Here: Meet Our Alumni

Isaac G.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Kids R Kids West Houston! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and at ease. The educators here are absolutely incredible—warm, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they do. They treat every child with so much care and respect, and it’s clear how much they love being part of each child’s growth and development. Our child has flourished here—learning, making friends, and most importantly, feeling safe and happy every single day. Communication with parents is always clear and consistent, and we truly feel like partners in our child’s early education. Huge thanks to the amazing team for creating such a nurturing, fun, and educational environment. Each and every teacher in our son’s journey has much such an impact. Highly recommend to any parent looking for the best place to send your little one to preschool and Pre-K.

Lucy K.

Over the past four years, Kids R Kids has been like a second home to my daughter. The care, guidance, and love she has received from the amazing team and teachers have played a huge role in shaping the happy and curious little girl she is today. We are incredibly grateful for the nurturing environment and the special memories she will carry with her. While it’s hard to say goodbye, we are filled with pride and excitement as we prepare for the next stage in her journey.

Penelope V.

For her assignment, the students were asked to choose an animal to research. Penelope picked the jaguar and used the school iPad to gather information. She created a poster with interesting facts about the jaguar’s diet and habitat, and even dressed up as a jaguar to present during the Kinder Zoo Event. It was truly amazing to see her present — she was so comfortable and confident sharing her work as each grade came by to hear about the jaguar.

Theodore C.

The Raz Kids app is part of our bedtime routine. Theo looks forward to reading together every night! The Raz kids library has a huge variety of books and we love expanding his current interests into new genres (there’s a world outside of ‘cars’ after all!) I was pleasantly surprised to learn that Theo is a confident reader, thanks to the teaching and efforts at Kids R Kids West Houston. Theo enjoys working towards and earning each accomplishment badge. He especially loves doing the quizzes which test his comprehension of the story!

Noelle & Hannah S.

Sisters Noelle and Hannah S. are bright, creative, and driven learners who began their educational journey at Kids R Kids West Houston. With strong family involvement and a love for learning, both girls transitioned confidently into elementary school, where they were identified as Gifted & Talented through CFISD assessments. Noelle has a passion for art and dreams of becoming an artist, often seen sewing or painting. Hannah is a budding animal lover who hopes to become a veterinarian, constantly exploring nature and caring for animals she finds. Now thriving at Birkes Elementary, both girls continue to earn A’s and B’s and enjoy the challenges of school.

Tessa E.

Tessa is a shining example of how a strong foundation can lead to great things. A graduate of the Advanced Program Kindergarten at Kids R Kids West Houston, she quickly adapted to the CFISD curriculum and is excelling in both writing and art. Her teacher praises her unique ability to write books independently, a rare skill in kindergarten. Tessa was one of only four students selected to represent her school at the district rodeo art competition. She continues to explore her talents through art and physical activities like gymnastics and swimming. Her family credits Kids R Kids West Houston for setting her up for academic and creative success.

Charles J.

Charles Johnson, a former student of Kids R Kids West Houston, is now thriving in college as he pursues engineering at Texas A&M University. A Summa Cum Laude graduate of Cy-Fair High School, Charles was active in marching band, quiz bowl, and his church’s tech team. He made the Dean’s List his first semester and continues to embody school spirit with his signature “Gig ’em” thumbs-up. His story is a testament to how early experiences at Kids R Kids West Houston can lay the groundwork for academic excellence and lifelong involvement.

Both boys remain dedicated students and active volunteers, showing that the values they learned at Kids R Kids West Houston continue to shape their lives in meaningful ways.

Chloe W.

Chloe’s journey in education began at Kids R Kids West Houston, where her passion for teaching was sparked by her kindergarten teacher, Ms. Jessica. A simple moment—being handed the finger pointer during morning meeting—ignited her dream of becoming a teacher.

Since then, Chloe has embraced every opportunity to grow as a leader and educator. She is now attending Stephen F. Austin State University and remains deeply grateful to her early teachers and to Kids R Kids West Houston for being a place where dreams take root. During school breaks, she returns to our school to teach preschool and school-age students, continuing to inspire the next generation.
