Kids `R` Kids of Round Rock closes on major holidays. If a holiday falls on a Saturday, we will close the Friday before. If a holiday falls on a Sunday, we will close the day after. Our current closing schedule is as follows: *We will close at:

Our secure Internet viewing system is password-protected and allows you to observe your child in the classroom.

Yes. We provide an array of fun and educational field trips throughout the year.

Kids ‘R’ Kids utilizes tempered, safety glass walls and doors for a multitude of reasons: they provide the best view possible; they are cleaner, safer and leave no question of who is caring for your child; they promote an open environment where teachers and children are in constant contact; and ensure the utmost safety and security of everyone.
Our exclusive curriculum propels Kids ‘R’ Kids Learning Academies far beyond state and industry standards. The standards-driven learning goals provide teachers with the tools to engage children in fun and purposeful activities.
Yes. Every classroom has a designated time to play and explore on their own age-appropriate playground.
As an added safety feature, our schools have six- to nine-foot fencing around the outside perimeter of the play areas. The play equipment is state-of-the-art, and Kids R Kids abides by the federal regulations on safety equipment and the surrounding fall zones.
Yes. Breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snacks are available at Kids ´R´ Kids. Information is provided by the school on any charges that may apply. For bottle-fed children, families must provide prepared formula or mother’s milk placed in bottles. We will inform you of the policy regarding baby foods. All infant items should be marked with the child’s first and last name, and date. Weekly menus for children on table food are available for review.
Our highly qualified staff is required to attend all state-mandated training and are certified in infant, child and adult CPR and First Aid. They are also required to undergo professional development training throughout each year.
Due to COVID-19, we are requiring appointments for tours. We offer tours between the hours of 9:00am and 3:00pm. Please call the school ahead of time to schedule your tour.

Because we are family-owned and operated, we are on-site and actively involved with our staff and families. This allows us to uphold the highest standards and provide unparalleled service for the families in our community.
If an emergency develops such as severe weather, fire, physical damage to the building, or any other situation that poses a threat, you will be notified. The notification process will be given to you upon enrollment.
In case of inclement weather, please watch KVUE, KXAN or one of our other local news channels. If Round Rock I.S.D. closes, then we will consider closing as well. You can also call Kids `R` Kids of Round Rock at (512) 310-1120 and we will have a recorded message regarding the time we will open.
We suggest comfortable, weather appropriate PLAY clothes for children. Please keep in mind that our kiddos will be busy throughout their day discovering outside adventures, creating magical art and dining in the Kids Cafe, so please be aware that their clothing may get a few “oopsies” on them.
With peanut allergies so prevalent among children, we are restricting the use of peanuts and peanut by-products in our facility. Any other food items brought into the center need to be store bought with the ingredient labels clearly stated on them.
