Responsibilities:
  • Provide nurturing care and age-appropriate learning experiences for infants and toddlers.
  • Plan and implement engaging activities that promote physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.
  • Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Document children’s progress and behavior for parental review.
  • Stay updated on best practices in early childhood education.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
  • Previous experience working with infants and toddlers in a childcare setting.
  • Knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education methodologies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Pay Range: $16 to $18 per hour
