With over 30 years of experience as a business owner, I’ve developed strong expertise in leadership, operations, and financial management. A lifelong strength in math has fueled my passion for numbers and strategic decision-making, and I firmly believe that safety, respect, and clear communication are the foundation of lasting success. Family is at the center of my life. I’m a proud parent of five amazing children, a lifelong dog lover with a spoiled Maltipoo at home, and a devoted fan of Mickey Mouse, who reminds me to always keep a sense of joy and imagination. In my downtime, I enjoy movies, travel, and making meaningful memories with the people I love.

I’m someone who enjoys solving problems and understanding how things work. My background is in physics and mathematics, and I’ve earned two bachelor's degrees and a master's degree. That education helped shape the way I think—analytical, curious, and always looking for practical solutions. Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to lead teams and help guide organizations toward their goals. I enjoy bringing people together, setting a clear direction, and working collaboratively to make things happen. To me, good leadership is about trust, accountability, and helping others grow. Outside of work, I truly enjoy spending time with young people and helping them learn and build confidence. Soccer has always been a big part of my life—I’ve played since I was a kid and still play today. I’ve also assisted with coaching teams, which has been a great way to stay involved and share the lessons that sports teach about teamwork, discipline, and resilience. When I’m not on a soccer field, you’ll probably find me grilling something outside or watching sports. But more than anything, I’m a devoted husband and proud father of three boys. My family means everything to me, and they are the center of my life.

Working with children was always a dream of mine, from an early age. After attending art school and transferring to business school at The College of New Jersey, I thought I would be in business for my career. After the height of the pandemic, I took a chance on a teaching position at a local daycare. I instantly fell in love with teaching - specifically that moment when children truly light up with joy when you teach them a new skill or read them a story they enjoy and are engaged in. I strive to create a warm, safe and rich learning environment for all the children I engage with - whether that has been as a teacher or an administrator.In my personal time, I have a small yet mighty dog, Riley - she may be a little crazy with lots of energy, but she’s the best! I enjoy drawing and creating various forms of fine art.I am excited to be working with each and every one of your children, and yourselves, here at Kids 'R' Kids North Brunswick.

I am so excited to serve as the Family Engagement Specialist here at our school! In my role, I’ll be giving tours, assisting new parents with enrollment, and most importantly, welcoming children and families into our community. I have experience working in the daycare setting, and I know how important it is for both children and parents to feel comfortable and supported. My goal is to make every child feel safe, happy, and cared for as they take their first steps into our school environment. One of my favorite parts of this work is seeing children laugh and truly enjoy their day—I believe those little moments of joy mean so much. I look forward to building relationships with our families and helping make the transition into our school a positive and exciting experience for everyone!
