We take immense pride in our exceptional early childhood educators and outstanding administrators. Our dedicated staff plays a vital role in delivering consistent care and high-quality early childhood education at our Kids ‘R’ Kids Learning Academy of Little Elm.
All faculty and personnel adhere to state regulations concerning professional development. Our team is well-trained in First Aid/CPR, Food Handling, Infectious Disease Control, Injury Prevention, and Child Abuse Awareness. Furthermore, they receive additional training to implement our exclusive curriculum, focusing on child development, classroom management and arrangement, age-appropriate activities, nutrition, field trip planning, and OSHA regulations. This comprehensive training equips our staff with the necessary skills to foster an enriching learning environment.
We actively encourage our staff to pursue further education, including attaining their Child Development Associate Degree (CDA) and bachelor’s degrees in early childhood education.
We are fortunate to offer certified online training through Kids ‘R’ Kids International, Inc., and our Corporate Education Department provides Texas-certified year-round training via webcasts, live stream video, and on-site sessions.
Additionally, we are proud participants in the Texas Rising Star program and the Texas School Ready program. We also take pride in being an apprenticeship school in partnership with Campfire Texas.
