If your preschooler has a few stuffed animals, chances are they have a favorite. It may not even be a bear – simply celebrating your child’s favorite stuffed toy is what Have a Party with Your Bear Day is all about. Below, we have compiled a list of 10 fun activities your preschooler can bring their favorite “bear” along for!
Go to the Park.
The park is a great place to let your child’s imagination run wild. They can pretend their stuffed animal is swinging next to them on the swing set or climbing up the monkey bars.
Go for a Walk.
This is a great way to get some fresh air and exercise. Your preschooler can bring their bear along for moral support and to point out things of interest along the way.
Go to the Library.
The library is a great place to introduce your child to the joys of reading. They can pick out a book to read to their stuffed animal or listen to stories being read aloud.
Go to the Grocery Store.
This is a great opportunity to teach your child about healthy eating. They can help you pick out healthy snacks for everyone – including the bear – to enjoy!
Go on a Picnic.
A picnic is a great way to spend a beautiful day outdoors. Your child can help pack the picnic basket and set out the blanket for their stuffed animal to sit on.
Have a Party with Your Bear Day doesn’t come around often, so make the most out of this joyous occasion by trying out one of these fun activities with your preschooler and their best bear friend!
