Standards of Ethical Conduct
Kids ‘R’ Kids Academy Landstar is committed to maintaining high standards of professional responsibility, ethical conduct, student safety, integrity, confidentiality, and appropriate professional boundaries.
Employees are expected to protect student health and safety; maintain honesty and integrity; respect student dignity; avoid discrimination; maintain confidentiality; report child abuse as required by Florida law; avoid conflicts of interest; and maintain appropriate professional boundaries.
All instructional personnel, educational support employees, and administrators are required, as a condition of employment, to complete training on the school’s Standards of Ethical Conduct.
Reporting Misconduct
| All employees, educational support personnel, and administrators have an obligation to report misconduct by instructional personnel and school administrators that affects the health, safety, or welfare of a student. Examples may include obscene language, drug or alcohol abuse, disparaging comments, prejudice or bigotry, sexual innuendo, cheating or testing violations, physical aggression, and accepting or offering inappropriate favors. |
