About Us

We are located in Katy, Texas on Franz Road. We are a preschool of academic excellence, so much more than a daycare. We are very proud to provide the most innovative facilities and effective educational programs for children 6 weeks through 12 years of age.

Kids ‘R’ Kids of Franz road is owned and operated by Haru and Tina Karnani. Tina holds degrees in Management from Purdue University and Masters in Information systems from Depaul University. She has worked for several years in the corporate IT consulting industry. Prior to joining the Kids r Kids family, she has worked in the education industry focusing on early childhood education as the director of a Montessori school.

Haru has received his education from North Carolina State University and is a Managing Director in the corporate consulting industry working with a top tier Consulting firm for the past 20 years.

Haru and Tina have 2 children – Simona and Yash. Both children attend the summer programs here at Kids ‘R’ Kids on Franz Road

Our Center director is Meredith Tritico. She has been with Kids ‘R’ Kids since 2005 and the center director since 2006. Meredith is a graduate of the University of Houston and holds a Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education.

Our sincere love for children and strong belief that they should have a solid foundation, in combination with Kids `R` Kids, the absolute leader in its industry, make the perfect choice for your family`s childcare needs. Our center is approximately 17,250 square feet with 14 classroom suites, a cafeteria, two large activity gyms for before and after school students, and 4 large play areas separated by age groups. Our play areas have multiple shade covers and artificial grass fall zones.

At Kids `R` Kids we share a common desire with parents, which is to provide the absolute best for the children. Our high quality teachers, creative and fun educational programs and of course our state of the art facility make us stand high above our competitors.

Our Dining Experience

Research shows that practicing family-style dining enhances social skills, table manners, and increases conversation techniques. Our nutritious dining program is designed with these attributes in mind, and features:

- Mealtime conversation focused on nutritional education
- Well-balanced and healthy meals prepared by onsite chef
- Protocols to protect children with food allergies
- Menus that are prepared in advance and available online
- For bottle-fed children, families must provide prepared formula or mother’s milk placed in bottles. All infant items should be marked with the child´s first and last name. We will inform you of the policy regarding baby foods
