My purpose is rooted in my family. God has blessed me with an incredible, supportive husband and four beautiful, talented children who inspire me every day. They are the foundation of everything I do and the reason I am so passionate about supporting not only my own family, but the families and children we serve.
I am deeply committed to creating a safe, nurturing environment where every child who walks through our doors feels loved, valued, and truly special. My goal is to support children as they grow, learn, and discover their potential, while also partnering with families to help build strong, confident, and happy children.

With strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of child development, Mrs. Nikki ensures every child feels valued, supported, and encouraged to thrive.
