With over 40 years of experience in child development. I am deeply passionate about nurturing and guiding young minds. My dedication to this field has been a lifelong journey, and I take great pride in making a positive impact on children's lives. Beyond my professional work, I am a devoted spouse, parent to two wonderful children, and a proud grandparent to four grandchildren and one great-grandchild. In my free time, I find joy in the outdoors and love expressing my creativity through crafting.

I have been with Kids ‘R’ Kids for nearly four years, and I’ve worked in the childcare industry for over six years. There’s nothing more rewarding to me than watching children grow, learn, and develop into their full potential. It’s a passion I’ve carried throughout my career, and it drives my desire to provide the best care and education for every child in our center. My family and I have been living in Temple for the past two years, and we have enjoyed becoming a part of this vibrant community. I am married to my wonderful husband, and we have a one-year-old daughter who is the center of our world. As I continue my journey in childcare, I am committed to growing in my role as Assistant Director. I am dedicated to ensuring the best possible service for the families we serve, creating a nurturing environment where both children and staff can thrive.

I am a dedicated professional with a strong background in both childcare and restaurant management. Married with one daughter, I’ve been working in the childcare industry since college, where my passion for nurturing and educating children first began. I joined the Kids 'R' Kids team in July 2023, starting in the infant classroom, where I provided high-quality care and support to young children. Recently, I transitioned to the role of Front Desk Associate, specializing in enrollment and assisting families as they navigate the process of joining our program. With my blend of childcare expertise and management experience, I strive to create a welcoming and organized environment for both families and staff.

I have been working in childcare for almost 10 years, dedicating my career to nurturing and educating young minds. I hold an Associate Degree in Child Development and a certification in Childcare Administration, which has helped me grow both professionally and personally in this field. Born and raised in Temple, I graduated from Temple High School and have always had a passion for working with children. As a proud parent of two amazing kids, I understand firsthand the importance of quality childcare and early education. My experience has allowed me to support families and create positive learning environments where children can thrive.

I have had a lifelong love of children and have now been in this profession for 32 years. I have enjoyed the rolls of PreK teacher, Assistant Director and Director over the course of my career and currently I am the Curriculum Coordinator at KRK West Temple. I have 3 children and 3 grandchildren and enjoy being with my family, reading, and vacationing during my free time. 

Hello, my name is Ashonte. I am 31 years old. I have lived in Texas for most of my life. I have a daughter and a fiancé. I graduated from Stephen F Austin out of Nacogdoches Texas with the degree in family studies and human development. I have worked with children for over five years; in many different settings. my favorite part about working with children is that each day is a new day with them. I love to watch them grow and learn!
