As the proud owner of Kids ‘R’ Kids of Prosper, I am so delighted to share a little about what makes our school such a special place for children and families. From the very beginning, my goal has been to create an environment where children feel safe, supported, and inspired to learn each and every day. Our school is rooted in a heartfelt commitment to excellence in education, strong family partnerships, and a sense of community that truly feels like home.
At Kids ‘R’ Kids of Prosper, we believe a nurturing environment is the foundation for success. Our classrooms are designed with safety and visibility in mind, featuring tempered glass walls and child-sized handwashing stations that encourage independence. Families can also feel reassured knowing that our entry system requires unique codes, our front desk staff carefully monitors visitors, and our classrooms are equipped with cameras for additional security. Every member of our team is trained to provide the highest level of care, with CPR and First Aid certifications to ensure your child’s well-being at all times.
Our curriculum is where the magic happens. We provide accredited, developmentally appropriate programs for infants through pre-K, as well as before- and after-school care for older children. We hold a Cognia accreditation making us a private school, not a day care! We are also rated the highest level with TRS, Texas Rising Star! We work hard to keep our 4-star rating! Each day is carefully planned to spark curiosity and build essential skills. From our STEAM Ahead® activities and Brain Waves® curriculum to hands-on small group learning, we focus on nurturing the whole child—socially, emotionally, physically, and intellectually.
Because we are family-owned and operated, everything we do carries a personal touch. I am deeply involved in daily operations, and I truly believe that every child who walks through our doors is part of our extended family. That personal philosophy guides our work, ensuring that children are not only learning but also loved and celebrated for who they are.
Nutrition is another cornerstone of our program. Our in-house chef prepares wholesome, delicious meals that exceed USDA guidelines, served in a family-style café setting that encourages conversation and community. We don’t serve red meat, and we always provide vegetarian options to ensure that every child can enjoy a safe and satisfying meal. Parents can even view our menus online, making it easy to stay connected to what their child is eating each day.
We also understand how important flexibility is for families. That’s why we offer several scheduling options, including full-time, school-day, and part-time programs, all designed to fit different needs and routines. For school-age children, our before- and after-school program provides enriching experiences, from homework help and clubs to hands-on STEAM activities that keep learning fun and engaging long after the school bell rings.
