Hello families,

I’m Ms. Alice, the Operations Manager here, and my role is to make sure our school runs smoothly each and every day. Parents often come to me with questions about our policies, schedules, and procedures, and I love being able to provide clear answers. I know that when you’re considering a preschool, details matter—so here’s a closer look at how we handle some of the most common concerns.

One of the first questions I often hear is about potty training. Rest assured, preschool children do not need to be fully potty trained to enroll. Once families begin the process at home and children are about 50% successful, we continue that training here at school, supporting both your child and your family through the transition.

Another frequent question is about our camera system. Each parent account allows for 10 logins per day, at 10 minutes each, totaling 100 minutes daily. This provides peace of mind without interrupting the children’s routine or classroom flow.

When it comes to tuition, families are often happy to learn that we are an all-inclusive school. Outside of the annual registration fee, there are no hidden charges. Meals, extracurriculars, and enrichment programs are all included in weekly tuition. While we do not offer corporate discounts, we proudly provide a discount to service personnel—Military, Teachers, Police, Fire, and EMTs—with valid ID.

Daily schedules are designed with balance in mind. Children go outside twice a day (weather permitting), and when the weather doesn’t cooperate, our teachers ensure there are physical activities indoors to keep children active. Nutrition is also a core part of our day, with four meals provided: breakfast, morning snack, lunch, and afternoon snack. Our menu avoids beef and pork, focusing instead on chicken and turkey, with a vegetarian option always available.

Families often ask about enrichment activities. We’re proud to provide Music, Spanish, and Fitness classes each week through trusted vendors—all included at no extra cost. In addition, to maintain consistency and classroom structure, we ask that children be dropped off no later than 10:00 a.m.

Finally, flexibility is important, so we offer several program options: Full Time (6:30 a.m.–6:30 p.m.), School Day (8:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.), 2-Day (6:30–6:30), and 3-Day (6:30–6:30). Families can choose the schedule that best fits their needs while knowing their child will receive the same high-quality care and learning experiences.

I hope this overview gives you a clearer sense of how we manage daily operations and support families behind the scenes. If you have additional questions, I’m always happy to talk through details and make sure you feel confident in your choice.

Sincerely,

Ms. Alice
