What we look for

The Qualities That Make a Difference

Caring

You believe in Hug First, Then Teach. Whether it’s a happy hello, a high five, or a listening ear, you know children open their hearts and minds to learning when they feel connected.

Innovative

You’re curious and open to new ideas, and you look for creative ways to spark children’s curiosity, growth, and development using a proven curriculum.

Trustworthy

You build trust with children, families, and coworkers through consistency, clear communication, and professionalism.

Serious Fun

You bring positive energy to the classroom and use play to make learning engaging, joyful, and meaningful.

Impactful

You want your work to matter, helping children learn, grow, and build the confidence they’ll carry with them.

Reliable

You show up for your children and your team. Children thrive on consistency, and coworkers count on each other every day.
