Keep It Simple and Fun
Choose recipes that are easy to follow and preschooler-friendly. Think sandwiches, smoothies, or fruit salad. Let your child wash produce, use cookie cutters, or mash bananas. These tasks are fun and developmentally appropriate for little hands.
