Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities for preschool-aged children.
  • Create a stimulating and nurturing learning environment that fosters growth and development.
  • Plan and conduct engaging lessons that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical skills.
  • Assess and document children’s progress and communicate effectively with parents/guardians.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and supportive teaching team.
  • Ensure safety and cleanliness in the classroom.
Requirements:
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience working with preschool-aged children in an educational setting.
  • Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create and implement engaging lesson plans.
  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Pay Range: $16 to $18 per hour
