Assistant Teacher
Responsibilities:

Support the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and activities.

Assist with the supervision and engagement of children in various educational and play-based activities.

Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.

Provide additional support to children with special needs or behavioral challenges.

Communicate effectively with the lead teacher, parents/guardians, and colleagues.

Participate in professional development opportunities as required.
Requirements:
-
High school diploma or equivalent.
-
Previous experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting preferred.

Knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education practices.
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
-
CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
