We are extremely proud of our excellent staff of teachers and directors! Our staff is part of the consistent care provided by Kids ‘R’ Kids.
All Kids ‘R’ Kids faculty and personnel are required to follow state regulations that apply to training. Our staff is trained in First Aid/CPR, Infectious Disease Control, Injury Prevention, and Child Abuse Awareness. Additional training in curriculum, child development, classroom arrangement, classroom management, age-appropriate activities, nutrition, field trip planning and OSHA regulations provide the staff with skills needed to create a quality learning environment. The staff are encouraged to further their education through CDA and CCP programs, and they are given opportunities to attend professional training conferences.

We would like to take the opportunity to welcome your family to ours by choosing Kids ‘R’ Kids of Montville for your child’s early childhood education needs. Whether you are a first time parent or one with a few years of experience behind you, we are aware that choosing a preschool can be a very difficult decision. For this reason, we strive to do all we can to help make this choice as easy as possible. Our goal is to provide the very best Pre-School experience for your family so that you may leave with the peace of mind knowing your child is receiving unsurpassed education and care.
As a new family to our center, we know that any type of change involving your child can create a variety of different feelings. Please know that we are here to help make this transition as smooth as possible. When Pat and I decided to open a childcare center, we searched for several years until we found Kids ‘R’ Kids. Finally, we felt that we found a system of philosophies that aligned with ours. Between the unparalleled curriculum, large playgrounds, state of the art facilities, and on-site chef making fresh foods daily, we decided to bring Kids ‘R’ Kids to Montville, New Jersey. We opened on July 23rd, 2018 and are on-site daily with our son, Jordan, who serves as Director of Operations.
It is very important to us that parents feel that we are partners in the care and education of their child. We have an “open door” policy at all times and encourage our parents to come by and visit with us about anything. Please know that management is always open and receptive to any ideas, comments or concerns you might have. We strive for continuous improvement at our schools and we can only achieve that with your help.

Janiece Montas
School Director
Janiece Montas, an influential leader in early childhood education for the past eight years, has dedicated her career to creating enriching environments for young learners. With a passion for nurturing children’s growth and development, Janiece has built a successful career centered around designing high-quality early education programs and ensuring that children from diverse backgrounds have access to exceptional learning opportunities.
As the Director, she oversees various responsibilities, including curriculum development, staff training, and implementing best practices in early childhood education. Janiece’s leadership philosophy emphasizes a child-centered approach, integrating play-based learning with academic readiness. By striking a balance between nurturing care and structured learning, Janiece has helped children develop confidence, curiosity, and resilience, laying a strong foundation for their future educational success.
Ms. Rayza
Assistant Director
Mrs. Rayza brings over 12 years of extensive experience in early childhood education and administration. She earned her Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education and later obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from William Paterson University. Throughout her career, Mrs. Rayza has worked as a teacher in private preschools, caring for children from infants to pre-K, and as a paraprofessional in public schools, supporting students with special needs. She has also served in administrative roles, including Co-Director and Assistant Director, prior to joining Kids ‘R’ Kids, where she has been a dedicated team member as an Assistant Director for over three years. Mrs. Rayza is a passionate advocate for early childhood education, committed to fostering growth, learning, and a nurturing environment for all children.
Ms. Ilyse
Education Director
With over 13 years of experience in education, Ilyse Negrin brings a strong background in instructional leadership, curriculum development, and teacher coaching to her role as Education Director. She is dedicated to fostering academic excellence, professional growth, and a culture of innovation within the Kids 'R' Kids community.
Throughout her career, Ilyse has led high-performing educational teams, designed and enhanced rigorous curriculum materials, and supported educators in implementing research-based, developmentally appropriate teaching practices. She has spent more than a decade leading professional development initiatives focused on engagement, instructional rigor, and continuous improvement. Ilyse’s leadership philosophy centers on collaboration, reflective practice, and a steadfast commitment to ensuring that every young child builds a strong foundation for lifelong learning.
Ralph Gonzalez
Senior Admin Assistant
Mr. Ralph joined Kids ‘R’ Kids Montville in March 2025. Mr. Ralph is thrilled to join the KidsRKids team as a Sr. Administrative Assistant. He recently graduated from Kean University, where his studies focused on Marketing and Social Media. Even before attending college, Ralph worked with children at the Montclair YMCA, starting as a director. As he continued his education and earned his degree, he remained with the YMCA because he enjoyed working with the kids, their parents, and the wonderful staff. He also worked full-time at Montclair Community Pre-K as a social media manager and assistant teacher. While saying goodbye to his previous roles was difficult, it was the people he worked with and the children he’d miss most. Ralph is excited to build new relationships and create lasting memories at Kids 'R' Kids!
Ms. Deanna
Curriculum Coordinator
Ms. Deanna is our Curriculum Coordinator here at Kids ‘R’ Kids of Montville. She has been with us since December 2018, starting as a Lead Teacher on the preschool side and working her way up to her current position. Ms. Deanna designs and oversees educational programs, supports and trains teachers, and ensures a nurturing and effective learning environment for all children.

Pro found mom of two ,she graduate from high tech on computer science back on Cuba, she love arts and craft and try to add it to children's activities

Ms. Francisca joined the Kids 'R' Kids team in May 2024 and has been working with children for over 10 years. She has deep passion for working with children and earned her degree in education while living in the Dominican Republic. Ms. Francisca is a dedicated and hardworking educator who strives to ensure that every child feels safe and loved in her care.

Ms Leah has 6 years of experience working with kids different ages between infants to 6 years old, And has been working at Kids R Kids sine August 2025. Leah studied in cosmetology school for a year and has found her passion working with children at Kids 'R' Kids.

Ms. Vanessa has been a dedicated member of the Kids 'R' Kids family for over three years. She began her journey here as an Assistant Teacher and quickly moved up to become the Lead Teacher in our Bumblebees classroom. Ms. Vanessa is also the proud mom of Felix, one of the adorable infant in our school.

Ms. Jailynn is our assistant teacher at Kids ‘R’ Kids Montville. She is here since May 2025, as she loves being creative with children. With past experience of teaching children gymnastics, she ensures a nurturing and fun environment for all.

Ms. Gil Sook joined our Caterpillars B class in September 2024. Originally from Korea, she moved to the United States in 2021. She has a background in nursing, having studied in Korea and worked as a nurse for 10 years before becoming a mother to three children. Married for 28 years, Ms. Gil Sook brings warmth and dedication to our team.

Ms. Carissa brings 2 years of experience working with suite 300. During that time, she has developed a passion for helping young learners become confident within themselves and promoting a safe and inviting environment for the children to grow, explore, and express their creativity. She is known for her warm personality, positive energy, and great sense of humor—always finding ways to make learning fun and engaging. Ms. Carissa enjoys going on hikes and baking. She loves building meaningful connections with her students. She is excited to bring her enthusiasm to the classroom and looks forward to creating a joyful and supportive learning environment for all!

Ms Olivia has a year of work experience with kids of different ages between 2 to 5 years old. She has recently graduated from the University of Vermont with a degree in public health. She hopes to continue to keep the children entertained and happy each and everyday.

Ms. Smita has been a valued member of the Kids ‘R’ Kids team since February 2024. She holds a Masters Degree in computer science and is also a proud mother of two children. Ms. Melinda has been a dedicated member of the Kids 'R' Kids team for a year. With a lifelong passion for working with children, she brings valuable experience to our community. Ms. Melinda holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and spent five years as a nanny to four wonderful children. Outside of teaching, she enjoys cooking and traveling, adding to the diverse experience she shares with her students.
Ms. Arisleyda

Ms. Arisleyda joined the Kids 'R' Kids Montville team in December 2024. She has five years of experience working with children and is a proud mother of four. She loves making children smile and engaging in play with them, bringing joy and warmth to the classroom. In addition to her passion for childcare, Ms. Arisleyda holds a phlebotomist license. She also enjoys dancing, as it brings her happiness and allows her to express herself. We are excited to have her as part of our KRK family!

Mr. Drew has been a dedicated member of the Kids 'R' Kids team for almost 2 years. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Rutgers University, where he also completed an early childcare internship. Prior to joining us, Mr. Drew gained valuable experience working at another preschool for 2 years and spent several summers as an early childhood camp counselor.

Ms. Taisha joined Kids ‘R’ Kids Montville in March 2025. Taisha is very adventurous, philosophical, and has a free-spirited nature, with a deep love for kids. She discovered her passion for teaching when she worked 6+ years at Lightbridge Academy. From that moment, Taisha knew she was meant to be a teacher.

With over 20 years of experience in childcare, Ms. Ana believes that each child is unique, learning and thriving at their own pace.

With 6 years of experience in Early Childhood Education and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Iran, she brings a wealth of knowledge to our team. As a mother of two and a certified personal trainer, she enjoys staying active by going to the gym every day.

Growing up in a family of educators, she knew from a young age that teaching was her passion. She places great importance on early literacy and is dedicated to making a difference by educating tomorrow's decision-makers. Outside of the classroom, Ms. Alena is a proud mother of two active boys and loves spending quality time with her family. In her spare time, she enjoys listening to music, reading, and swimming.

Currently enrolled in a nursing program, she is committed to expanding her knowledge in both education and healthcare. Ms. Katherine also holds a Home Health Aide (HHA) certification, further demonstrating her passion for caregiving and child development. Her combined expertise in childcare and health makes her a valuable asset to any early childhood education setting.

Chef Harvey joined our KRK team in March 2023 and has been delighting our students with the yummiest and healthiest meals ever since. When he’s not in the kitchen, he enjoys hitting the road with his biker group on his motorcycle. We love having Harvey as part of our team!
