You and your preschooler can work together to find yummy-sounding recipes to make these homemade popsicles. There are plenty of low (or no) sugar options.

You can absolutely look online for recipes to make smoothies with your child. There are plenty of dairy and non-dairy options available online. However, it would be fun to take a trip to the library with your preschooler to find a smoothie recipe book!

Whether it is mixing, pouring, or cutting fruit, your child will enjoy being a part of the process! You can work together to make enough cool treats to enjoy for many days.
