Our Administrative Team

I am proud to serve as the Director of Kids ‘R’ Kids in Flower Mound, a community that has always been home to me. I grew up in Flower Mound, graduated from Flower Mound High School, and later earned my degree in Child Development from the University of North Texas. My passion for early childhood education led me to work as a director for a non-profit organization in Dallas before returning to Flower Mound to join the Kids ‘R’ Kids family.
I absolutely love working with young children and believe the early years are the foundation for a lifetime of learning. As a director, I am dedicated to creating a warm, nurturing, and engaging environment where children feel safe, families feel supported, and teachers feel valued.
Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my husband, our daughter Sloan, and our two dogs. I feel honored to partner with families and be a part of each child’s early learning journey.

I am originally from Michigan and have proudly called Texas home since 2013. I am a devoted mother of three wonderful boys and have a deep passion for early childhood education.

Araceli Salazar is the Office Manager at Kids ‘R’ Kids of Flower Mound and a valued member of our leadership team. She brings organization, care, and a positive spirit to everything she does, helping keep our school running smoothly each day.

In January 2026, Araceli welcomed a beautiful new baby and is absolutely overjoyed to begin this exciting new chapter of her life. We are so happy for her and incredibly grateful to have her as part of our Kids ‘R’ Kids family. Her dedication, warmth, and heart for our community make her a wonderful addition to our school.

We are extremely proud of our excellent staff of teachers and administrators. Our staff is part of the consistent care and early childhood education provided by Kids ‘R’ Kids Learning Academy of Flower Mound.

All Kids ‘R’ Kids faculty and personnel are required to follow state regulations that apply to professional development. Our staff is educated and skilled in First Aid/CPR, Infectious Disease Control, Injury Prevention, and Child Abuse Awareness. Additional training for implementation of our exclusive Curriculum, child development, classroom management and arrangement, age-appropriate activities, nutrition, field trip planning and OSHA regulations provide our staff with the information they need to create a high quality learning environment.

We encourage our staff to continue their education through receiving their Child Development Associate Degree (CDA), as well as well as a bachelor degree in early childhood education.

We are privileged to be provided with certified on-line training for our staff through Kids ‘R’ Kids International, Inc., and the Corporate Education Department implements Texas certified year-round training through webcasts, live stream video, and on-site training.
