I began as a VPK assistant & have since worked my way up to Program Manager. I hold a CDA (Child Development Associate Credential) and a Florida Director’s Credential. As Program Manager at Kids R Kids, I am thankful every day that I get to come to work with such amazing staff, families and children.”

“Hello, my name is Samantha Pratt and I am the Curriculum Coordinator and Education Specialist at Kids ‘R’ Kids Learning Academy of Circa Fishhawk. I have been in the childcare field for the past 8 years. I started at Kids ‘R’ Kids in 2015 as an infant room teacher. Over the years I have received my Childcare Developmental Associates and Florida Directors Credential. I now look forward to the challenges and fun that the future will bring. I am happily married and a Mama to the best two kids I could ask for. I am grateful that I get to come to work every day to help our teachers, families and kiddos blossom. My goal at Kids ‘R’ Kids is to develop healthy relationships with the families who entrust us with their child(ren)’s care – and to create a safe and interactive space for all of our children to learn and grow.”

“My name is Jessica Cianfrocca and I have been interactively teaching for over 22 years I have been with Kids R Kids for over 10 years. I have been VPK Curriculum & Events Coordinator since 2019. Which is the liaison between all 3 VPK classes ensuring consistency and continuity in our VPK Program, i.e.: Assessments, Attendance, Scholastic book clubs, Florida Early Learning and Developmental Standards Activities & KRK Curriculum. I also manage the external marketing which includes all of our social media. I am married with a daughter that attends high school. As a coordinator at Kids R Kids, I have mastered the knowledge and insight to understand what teachers, staff and children truly need to succeed.”
