With more than 17 years of experience with Kids ‘R’ Kids, I am proud to serve as Director and remain committed to providing a high-quality early childhood education experience for every child and family in our school community. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of watching children grow, reach important milestones, and develop a lifelong love of learning. These experiences continue to inspire my passion for early childhood education and my dedication to creating a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment where every child can thrive. I hold a Director’s Credential, a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, and a Literacy Micro-Credential. My educational background, combined with years of hands-on experience, has strengthened my commitment to developmentally appropriate practices, early literacy, and the foundational skills children need for future academic success. As a leader, I believe that a successful early learning environment begins with strong relationships, effective communication, and a shared commitment to excellence. I strive to foster a collaborative school culture where teachers feel valued and empowered, families feel welcomed and supported, and children are encouraged to explore, discover, and reach their full potential. I am passionate about supporting teacher development, strengthening family partnerships, and continually enhancing our educational practices to meet the evolving needs of the children in our care. I believe that meaningful learning happens through intentional teaching, engaging experiences, and the everyday interactions that help children build confidence, curiosity, and a sense of belonging. Whether celebrating a child's developmental milestone, supporting an educator's professional growth, or partnering with a family to support their child's progress, I find great fulfillment in being part of each child's educational journey. Outside of school, I enjoy reading and attending concerts. These interests allow me to recharge and bring fresh energy and perspective to my work. I am honored to be part of the Kids ‘R’ Kids community and look forward to continuing to make a positive difference in the lives of children, families, and educators. My goal is to ensure that every child who walks through our doors feels loved, supported, and excited to learn, while building a strong foundation for a lifetime of success.

Hello! My name is Samantha Pratt, and I am proud to serve as the Curriculum Coordinator and Education Specialist at Kids ‘R’ Kids Learning Academy of Circa Fishhawk. With 11 years of experience in early childhood education, I am passionate about fostering a positive learning environment where children, educators, and families can thrive. My journey with Kids ‘R’ Kids began in 2015 as an infant classroom teacher. Since then, I have continued to grow professionally, earning my Child Development Associate (CDA) credential and Florida Director’s Credential. These experiences have strengthened my commitment to supporting high-quality early childhood education, empowering teachers, and helping every child reach their full potential. In my role, I strive to support our educators through curriculum development, professional guidance, and meaningful learning experiences that inspire curiosity, creativity, and growth. I believe that strong partnerships between educators and families are essential to a child’s success, and I am dedicated to building trusting relationships with the families who place their confidence in our care. Outside of work, I am happily married and a proud mother of two wonderful children. My family is my greatest joy, and I feel fortunate to bring that same love, dedication, and enthusiasm to my work each day. I am grateful for the opportunity to be part of the Kids ‘R’ Kids family and to help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where every child can learn, grow, and blossom.

I have been with the Kids R Kids organization for the past 13 years. Throughout his time, I have demonstrated a strong commitment to our mission, our families, and the community we serve.   I hold the credentials necessary to serve as a lead Voluntary Prekindergarten (VPK) teacher and has earned my Child Development Associate degree (CDA), demonstrating my commitment to early childhood education and the growth and development of young learners. In my role as VPK, Facility & Community Relations Coordinator, I help support the daily operations of our facility, contributes to a positive and welcoming learning environment, and fosters meaningful relationships with families and community partners. My dedication, reliability, and willingness to serve makes me an important part of our management team. I work closely with Telena, Samantha, Keith, and Ben to ensure that daily operations run smoothly, responsibilities are handled efficiently, and the needs of the organization are taken care of.   Outside of work, I enjoy my family life with my wife Jessica and my two children, Samuel who is 10 and SkyeLynn who is 3. Family is an important part of my life, and I understand the value of building strong relationships and creating a supportive community for children and families.   I am grateful to be part of Kids R Kids for the past 13 years and I am committed to helping our organization grow and thrive. My experience, credentials, and dedication reflect the heart of our mission and our shared commitment to providing a supportive, nurturing environment for our children, families, and co-workers.
