Kids 'R' Kids West Oak Leadership Team

We are extremely proud of our excellent staff of teachers and directors here at West Oak.  Most parents are searching for educational programs that excel beyond typical childcare programs… at Kids `R` Kids West Oak you can be sure to find the best!  While we have many unique features that distinguish us from other area preschools, we are particularly proud of our teachers and staff. We have consistently hired only the best through a rigorous process we have implemented.  We have a comprehensive approach to hiring the most qualified and caring teachers and staff.

Upon employment, all Kids ‘R’ Kids personnel are required to follow state regulations that apply to our state childcare regulations. Our staff is trained in First Aid/CPR, Infectious Disease Control, Injury Prevention, and Child Abuse Awareness. Additional training in curriculum, child development, classroom arrangement, classroom management, age-appropriate activities, nutrition, field trip planning and OSHA regulations provide the staff with skills needed to create a quality learning environment. Each staff member is encouraged to further their education through a CDA program and are given opportunities to attend professional preschool / childcare educational training conferences.
