We are open Monday through Friday, except on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas. Early Closings: Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve. If the holiday falls on a weekend, we may close on Friday or Monday in accordance with generally accepted holiday schedules.

We offer a 3 year old half day program, and also a pre-k half day program (4&5 year olds). The program typically runs from the last week of August until the first week of June. The hours are 9:15-12:15.
Our secure Internet viewing system is password-protected and allows you to observe your child in the classroom.
Yes, our center has school buses with seat belts to transport children to and from school in the morning and afternoon. We go to Alston Ridge, Mills Park, Highcroft, White Oak and Hortons Creek.
Yes, field trips are offered to the children. The cost of the field trips is included in School Age tuition. We transport children who meet the State’s age requirements. These children are given opportunities to see their community and other places of interest year-round. Whether it is the local grocery store, the petting zoo, the library, and entertainment places such as roller skating, bowling or putt-putt golf, we provide fun and learning for the children and guarantee the maximum protection plan for parent’s peace of mind.

Yes. Every classroom has a designated time to play and explore on their own age-appropriate playground.
Yes, we serve hot meals and nutritional snacks (included in tuition). Our location is equipped with a full-service kitchen and staff trained in nutrition, USDA guidelines, and proper portions for young children.
We do not allow food prepared offsite to be brought into the school. Exceptions are made for birthday parties, classroom parties, etc. The food brought in must be with it’s orginal label, and must state it is not processed with peanuts or produced on machinery that produces food with peanut products. Our infant program has a different policy, please contact us for more information.
The Kids ‘R’ Kids faculty are required to follow their state regulations that apply to training. All staff are trained in First Aid/CPR, Infectious Disease Control, Injury Prevention, and Child Abuse Awareness. Additional training in curriculum, child development, classroom arrangement, classroom management, age-appropriate activities, nutrition, field trip planning and OSHA regulations provide the skills needed to create a quality learning environment. The staff is encouraged to further their education through CDA and CCP programs and are given opportunities to attend professional training conferences.

If an emergency develops such as severe weather, fire, physical damage to the building, or any other situation that poses a threat, you will be notified. The notification process will be given to you upon enrollment.
Yes. All registartions must be done onsite at the front desk. Once the registration form is complete and the registration fee is paid, you can fill out all enromment forms by going to the parent area tab!
Yes, we pay our staff during Holidays and closing, therefore tuition payments are still due weekly.
