2022 Georgia Pre-K Information Sheet

How old does my child have to be?

• • According to the Georgia Pre-K Program, your child must be 4 years old before September 1st.

When will we be accepting applications?

• • We will accept applications on TBA dates
    • Please bring:
      • Georgia Pre-K Application (Please download and print out)
      • Proof of residence
      • Birth certificate
      • Social security card for the child (If you do not have a social security card for your child. We will provide you with a waiver.)
      • Doctor forms needed: (Must be seen by a doctor in the state of Georgia to obtain these forms)
        • 3300 – Eye, Ear, & Dental
        • 3231- Immunization Forms (Your doctor will provide these to you)

Is it a lottery drawing or first come first serve?

• • • The Kids ‘R’ Kids of Alpharetta Georgia Pre-K Program is a based on a first come, first serve.

What are the times?

• • • 7:30am to 2:00pm
    • 7:45am to 2:15pm

What are the fees?

• • • The Kids ‘R’ Kids of Alpharetta program is $40.00 per week. We bill monthly so the meal feel will range from $120.00 to $200.00, depending on how many Mondays are in that particular month.
    • Meal fees are billed monthly at $40.00 per week, due on the first of each month.
    • Pre-Payment for August Meals is $160.00.
    • If I need After School?
      • Hours are as follows: From drop off until 7pm
      • Our after school program is 105.00 per week.
      • The daily rate is $25.00 per day
    • Late pick up fee is $20.00
    • Before and after care is $130.00

After I submit my application, what should I expect?

• • • Due to the number applications we receive, we will notify you by phone call, if you have been accepted into the program.
    • We will send you an email and you must confirm that you will be able to attend our Mandatory orientation and pre-K program.
    • Once we receive your confirmation email. Your spot is saved.
    • Your child is not completely enrolled until you attend the Mandatory meeting the second Thursday in July.
