“Send a card to a friend” day is the perfect opportunity to teach your preschooler about the importance of friendship and the joy of expressing appreciation for others! Here are some ideas for celebrating this special day with your child:<\/span><\/p>\n

Make a list of friends<\/span><\/h4>\n

Help your preschooler brainstorm a list of friends they would like to send cards to! This could include classmates, neighbors, or family members.<\/span><\/p>\n

Choose special cards<\/span><\/h4>\n

Have your preschooler choose special cards or make their own using construction paper, markers, and stickers. Encourage them to think about the interests and personalities of their friends as they choose or create their cards.<\/span><\/p>\n

Write thoughtful messages<\/span><\/h4>\n
