It is never too early to begin making memories with your preschooler. Making cookies with your preschooler is a wonderful time to create memories while also creating a tasty treat. Here are a few ideas to help you get started.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Sugar Cookies<\/span><\/h4>\n

Sugar cookies are delicious but basic cookies to make with a preschooler. After shaping the cookies on the cookie sheet, be sure to have your preschooler decorate them with many sprinkles before baking. Check out this <\/span>recipe<\/span><\/a> that requires only six ingredients!<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/a>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Pumpkin Cookies<\/span><\/h4>\n

Pumpkin cookies<\/span><\/a> are another easy cookie you can make with your preschooler. The cookie is a soft cookie that is delicious alongside a cup of milk. The cookies need the extra flavor that comes from the frosting. Place the frosting into a Ziploc baggie, close the baggie, snip a tiny bit off of one corner, and allow your preschooler to drizzle the frosting on the cookies. If the drizzle is going too slowly, snip a little more off the corner.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Monster Cookies<\/span><\/h4>\n

Monster cookies<\/span><\/a> are a crinkle cookie. A crinkle style cookie has a cracked top, and this recipe uses a vanilla cake mix instead of measuring out all the dry ingredients. If you are comfortable with it, your preschooler could choose what color(s) to dye the basic recipe. After pulling the cookies from the oven, move them to cooling racks. While they are still warm, candy eyeballs can be added into the soft cookies turning them into monsters! If you allow your preschooler to help with the eyeballs, be sure he is not burned on the cookies.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Fudgy Chocolate Brownie Cookies<\/span><\/h4>\n

If you enjoy brownies and chocolate, here is a recipe that is not complex at all. You and your preschooler can mix up some <\/span>fudgy cookies<\/span><\/a> that will fix any chocolate cravings you may have. This recipe uses ingredients that are common and can be mixed within one bowl! Your mouth will be watering once you try these!<\/span><\/p>\n

Whichever cookies you decide to try with your preschooler, it can be a fun time of exploring and learning. Not only is it educational, but also delicious! As an added bonus, this fun can be shared with the whole family.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
