  • Certified or degree in early childhood or primary education
  • Classroom experience in an early childhood setting
  • Evidence of leadership or management in past employment
  • Knowledge of ECE teaching principles, practices and procedures
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and speech
  • Skilled in use of technology—computers, tablets, smart boards
  • Employment conditional upon results of the following:
    • Satisfactory criminal background-check for child care centers
    • Satisfactory Drug Screen
