Owners
Estrella Alanis and Everett Davis are the proud owners of Kids R Kids Seven Lakes, where their leadership is rooted in both professional dedication and personal connection. As parents of a young son enrolled in the program, they bring a family-centered perspective to everything they do.
Everett is also a Houston firefighter, balancing his commitment to public service with his role in early childhood education. He's a true sportsman who enjoys fishing, hunting, and spending time outdoors.
Estrella holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice and brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to school operations. In her spare time, she enjoys baking with her son, savoring a good cup of coffee, and painting the home.
Together, Estrella and Everett create a warm, welcoming environment where children, families, and staff feel supported and valued. Their hands-on leadership and shared passion for community make them an inspiring duo at the heart of our school.

Regional Director
Ms. Valerie has been devoted to the field of childcare since 2001, driven by a deep passion for nurturing children's growth and fostering strong family connections. Her commitment to creating supportive, enriching environments for young learners has made her a cherished figure in the lives of many families.
A proud mother of two athletic sons—one currently pursuing his dream of becoming a track coach—and a bonus daughter who teaches 2nd grade, Valerie finds joy in both her professional and personal life. In her free time, she loves to unwind with a good book or relax by the beach, embracing the calm and inspiration it brings.

Center Director
With nearly 14 years of experience in early childhood education, Amanda brings passion and dedication to her role as Director. Her journey began with a love for nurturing young minds, and over the years, she has cultivated a learning environment where children thrive emotionally, socially, and academically. Amanda is also a proud wife of 18 years and part of a beautifully blended family, including six cherished grandchildren who inspire her every day. Her "why" is rooted in the heart of every preschool director: creating a safe, joyful, and enriching space where children feel seen, heard, and loved.

Daray serves as our Assistant Director and plays a vital role in supporting both staff and families. With a calm and confident presence, Daray helps ensure our school runs smoothly each day. Known for being approachable, organized, and solution-oriented, Daray brings a strong sense of leadership and teamwork to our center. Justin brings years of classroom experience as a Pre-K teacher at Kids 'R' Kids to his role as Curriculum Coordinator, where his deep familiarity with the curriculum and hands-on teaching approach make him a natural leader. His transition into leadership was seamless, driven by his passion for early childhood education and his commitment to supporting teachers and students alike. Known for his calm demeanor and thoughtful guidance, Justin is a go-to resource for curriculum planning and instructional support. Originally from India, her journey has taken her through Canada and eventually to the United States, enriching her perspective and deepening her compassion for children from all walks of life. Mrs. Mona holds a bachelor's degree in auditing and accounting, showcasing her strong academic foundation and attention to detail-qualities that shine through in her thoughtful care and structured approach in the classroom. Her calm demeanor and loving nature make her a favorite among both infants and parents alike. Outside of work, Mrs. Mona cherishes time with her family, enjoys watching her favorite TV shows, and loves to shop. Originally from the vibrant city of New York, Ms. Sharon spent the majority of her professional life mastering the art of accounting and money management. With a sharp mind for numbers and a steady hand in finance, she built a career rooted in precision, integrity, and dedication. Now retired and happily settled in Katy, Texas, Ms. Sharon continues to make a meaningful impact every day. In the afternoons, she brings her warmth and wisdom to the infant classroom, where her gentle presence and joyful spirit create a nurturing environment for the youngest learners. She also proudly drives the school bus, greeting each child with a smile and ensuring their journey is safe and cheerful-proof that her care extends far beyond the classroom. A devoted mother of four and grandmother to six, Ms. Sharon's greatest joy comes from her family. She's a storyteller, a role model, and a source of unconditional love. Juana has been a cherished member of the Kids R Kids family for over 31/2 years. With a heart full of patience and joy, she brings warmth and enthusiasm to our toddler classroom every day. In addition to her culinary talents, Siralee holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, which she uses to manage her business and contribute to the center's operations with a sharp, strategic mindset.
