With nearly 14 years of experience in early childhood education, Amanda brings passion and dedication to her role as Director. Her journey began with a love for nurturing young minds, and over the years, she has cultivated a learning environment where children thrive emotionally, socially, and academically. Amanda is also a proud wife of 18 years and part of a beautifully blended family, including six cherished grandchildren who inspire her every day. Her "why" is rooted in the heart of every preschool director: creating a safe, joyful, and enriching space where children feel seen, heard, and loved.

Daray serves as our Assistant Director and plays a vital role in supporting both staff and families. With a calm and confident presence, Daray helps ensure our school runs smoothly each day. Known for being approachable, organized, and solution-oriented, Daray brings a strong sense of leadership and teamwork to our center. Whether assisting in classrooms, helping with parent communication, or supporting daily operations, Daray is a dependable and valued part of our leadership team.

Justin brings years of classroom experience as a Pre-K teacher at Kids 'R' Kids to his role as Curriculum Coordinator, where his deep familiarity with the curriculum and hands-on teaching approach make him a natural leader. His transition into leadership was seamless, driven by his passion for early childhood education and his commitment to supporting teachers and students alike. Known for his calm demeanor and thoughtful guidance, Justin is a go-to resource for curriculum planning and instructional support. Outside of work, he enjoys early mornings with a good cup of coffee and unwinding on the golf course-two things that keep him grounded and refreshed.

Originally from the vibrant city of New York, Ms. Sharon spent the majority of her professional life mastering the art of accounting and money management. With a sharp mind for numbers and a steady hand in finance, she built a career rooted in precision, integrity, and dedication. Now retired and happily settled in Katy, Texas, Ms. Sharon continues to make a meaningful impact every day. In the afternoons, she brings her warmth and wisdom to the infant classroom, where her gentle presence and joyful spirit create a nurturing environment for the youngest learners. She also proudly drives the school bus, greeting each child with a smile and ensuring their journey is safe and cheerful-proof that her care extends far beyond the classroom. A devoted mother of four and grandmother to six, Ms. Sharon's greatest joy comes from her family. She's a storyteller, a role model, and a source of unconditional love. Juana has been a cherished member of the Kids R Kids family for over 31/2 years. With a heart full of patience and joy, she brings warmth and enthusiasm to our toddler classroom every day. Outside the classroom, Juana enjoys diving into a good book and indulging in a bit of retail therapy. She's also a proud dog mom to Oliver, her adorable Chihuahua, who keeps her on her toes and fills her home with love and laughter. Miss Mehak brings a gentle touch and joyful energy to the toddler classroom, where her patience and warmth help little ones feel safe, seen, and celebrated. Originally from Pakistan, she carries with her a rich cultural heritage that adds depth and beauty to everything she does-whether it's guiding young minds or crafting delicate ribbon flower bouquets in her free time. Her artistry shines through in her handmade creations, each bouquet a reflection of her care and creativity. But Miss Mehak's talents don't stop there-she's also setting her sights on a future in technology, with plans to pursue a degree in computer science. Kyliyah is a proud boy mom to two energetic sons, ages 10 and 8, who keep her weekends filled with football games, practices, and plenty of cheering from the sidelines. She embraces the football-mom life with heart, hustle, and a whole lot of team spirit. When she's not at the field, Kyliyah pours her patience and passion into working with three-year-olds, helping them learn, grow, and discover the world one tiny milestone at a time. Balancing motherhood, sports, and early childhood work, she brings warmth, dedication, and a steady sense of purpose to everything she does.

Mrs. Laxmi is a dedicated and nurturing Pre-K teacher with over five years of experience in early childhood education. Born and raised in India, Mrs. Laxmi maintains strong ties to her roots. Her parents still reside there, and she makes it a priority to visit them each summer, cherishing the time spent with family and the cultural traditions that continue to shape her values. Now living in the United States, Mrs. Laxmi is happily married and the proud mother of a 12-year-old son. Chef, Culinary Artist, Business Owner! Siralee has been passionate about cooking since the age of 16, and she brings that same energy and creativity to her role as Chef at Kids 'R' Kids. With years of experience in the kitchen and a professional cake business of her own, Sarah crafts by meals that are not only nutritious but also full of love and flavor -making mealtime a highlight of every child's day. In addition to her culinary talents, Siralee holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, which she uses to manage her business and contribute to the center's operations with a sharp, strategic mindset. A proud mother of three, Siralee understands the importance of wholesome, comforting food and the joy it can bring to growing children.

Arnold Workman brings a wealth of experience and dedication to our team as a Maintenance Engineer-and now also as our trusted bus driver. Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, Arnold comes from a proud family with roots in Calabria, Italy-a heritage that inspires his passion for hard work and craftsmanship. A devoted father of two and grandfather to six, Arnold thrives on family time, whether he's hosting Sunday dinners, sharing stories, or cheering on his grandkids. She holds both her ESL, CDA and ABA certifications, and has spent her career creating nurturing, inclusive environments where children feel safe, supported, and inspired to grow. Known for her gentle spirit and unwavering dedication, YY brings a unique blend of experience and empathy to every child she works with. Her approach is rooted in patience, understanding, and a deep belief in the potential of every young learner.
