Hello, wonderful families!

I’m Ms. Imelda, and I have the joy of serving as the on-site chef here at our preschool. Every day, I get to do what I love most—preparing meals that bring comfort, energy, and joy to your children while they learn and grow. Our kitchen is often called “the heart of the school,” and I couldn’t agree more. It’s where I get to pour love into every recipe, knowing that good food fuels not just little bodies, but also little minds and spirits.

Each morning begins early as I start prepping breakfast. I make sure it’s warm, filling, and packed with nutrition to give the children a strong start to their day. I serve breakfast until 8:30 am each day! If you miss breakfast, don’t worry! Right after breakfast, I prepare a morning snack that’s light yet energizing—just enough to keep them focused and happy until lunchtime.

When it’s time for lunch, I make it a priority to offer meals that are both wholesome and delicious. We don’t serve any red meat here—our meals focus on chicken, turkey, and other healthy proteins. For our families who prefer it, I always provide vegetarian options too. I truly believe mealtime should feel comforting, like home, so I balance nutrition with flavors children love. Watching our little ones enjoy a hearty, healthy lunch is one of the best parts of my day.

Later in the afternoon, when energy starts to dip, I prepare an afternoon snack to give the children a boost as they finish their day. Whether it’s fresh fruit, crunchy veggies, or homemade trail-mix, I want every snack to feel special.

Beyond the menus and ingredients, though, what matters most to me is the care I put into each meal. Food has a way of bringing people together, and I see our kitchen as the heartbeat of our preschool community. I’m proud to know that when your children sit down to eat, they’re enjoying meals that are safe, nourishing, and full of love.

Thank you for trusting me with such an important part of your child’s day. It’s an honor to cook for them, and I promise to keep serving meals that are healthy, comforting, and always made with heart.

With warmth,

Ms. Imelda
