Hi there, wonderful families!

I’m Ms. Maddy, the Assistant Director here, and I can’t tell you how much I love getting to meet new parents and little ones as they join our school. Families often have lots of questions when they’re getting started, and I’m always happy to help! To make things simple, I’ve put together some of the questions I hear most often and the answers that will give you a peek into daily life at our school.

Let’s start with programs and hours. We know that every family’s schedule is different, so we’ve built in plenty of flexibility. We offer two full-time programs—Full Time (6:30 a.m.–6:30 p.m.) and School Day (8:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.)—as well as part-time 2-day and 3-day options, both running from 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. No matter which you choose, your child will have a full and fun day of learning and play. For consistency, we do ask that all children arrive by 10:00 a.m., so they can start the day with their classmates and enjoy everything we have planned.

Our tuition is all-inclusive, which means that almost everything your child needs throughout the day is covered. Families only need to provide diapers or pull-ups if their child is still in that stage. In addition to weekly tuition, the only other fee is an annual registration fee, which is due each year based on your child’s enrollment date. That’s it—no surprise charges!

What’s included in that tuition is pretty exciting. Children here get to experience a variety of extra programs, like Spanish on Wheels, Amazing Athletes, ABC Mouse technology classes, Music class, and even an on-site splash pad for those sunny days. These activities add an extra sparkle to the learning experience and are part of what makes our school such a fun and engaging place for children.

Of course, safety and care are at the heart of everything we do, which is why we follow Texas state ratios in every classroom. And don’t worry about packing meals—we provide breakfast, lunch, and both a morning and afternoon snack each day, so children have the fuel they need to learn, grow, and play. We also have a vegetarian menu for you to choose from!

Many parents ask about availability during their tour, and I’m happy to say that we do currently have openings in our classrooms. To reserve your child’s spot, you’ll just need to complete the enrollment paperwork and bring it back to the front desk for review. At that time, you’ll also pay the registration fee and first week’s tuition to officially hold your spot. It’s that easy!

And yes, we are here to help with potty training too! Once your child has started the process at home and is about 50% successful, we’ll continue the training here at school. We ask families to complete a potty-training contract so that we can use the same words and routines you’re using at home (consistency is key!). We just ask parents to send in several changes of clothes and an extra pair of shoes to make the process a little smoother.

I hope this gives you a happy glimpse into what life looks like here at our school. It’s a place filled with learning, laughter, and so much love. If you have more questions—or if you’d like to come see it all in person—I’d love to welcome you for a tour. I can’t wait to meet your family and share all the joy that happens here every single day!

With a big smile,

Ms. Maddy
